Through adequate Project Management and close co-operation with the different Neways Operating Companies, involved in (large) Defence projects, Neways Defence Electronics makes sure that Customers are served in the most optimum way. Neways is a progressive “Electronics Manufacturing Services” (EMS) provider, active in the International EMS market and a valuable partner in The Netherlands for (International) Defence Material Suppliers.
The core activity of Neways consists of a broad range of innovative, “State of the Art”, electronics production and assembly processes, distributed over 8 Operating Companies in The Netherlands. Neways provides services to the Civil and Military market, with applications for the Telecom-, Semiconductor-, Medical-, Automotive-, Defence- and Space industry. Neways Service for the Defence Market includes development, production and test of Micro-electronics (hybrids), based on ceramic Thick Film (production in house); Electronics, based on Printed Wire Board Assembly (PWBA’s); Box Wiring; (MIL) Harnesses and Cables; Integration & Test of (sub) Systems, Cabinets or Consoles and Project and Supply Chain Management.
Neways is AQAP certified and familiar with most of the commonly used MIL requirements and specifications: AQAP 2110 (NATO), AQAP 2120, ISO 13485 (design and manufacture of medical devices), ISO 14001 (Environment management system), ISO 9001-2008.
