Betech Mass Turning is a European frontrunner in extremely efficient, fully automated 24/7 production of precision turned components. With 90 CNC turning machines, real-time process monitoring, and 100% SPC-driven quality control, the production process guarantees dimensional stability across millions of parts. All batches are digitally registered and fully traceable in accordance with European defence and industrial standards. This enables consistent compliance with qualification and audit requirements across NATO-aligned programmes.
Betech works exclusively with certified European materials and provides a 1,000-ton strategic stock-capacity, which significantly reduces supply chain risk. More than 55% of the company’s energy is generated and stored locally, ensuring operational continuity even under external stress conditions — an increasingly important criterion within defence supply chains focused on resilience and sustainability.
Betech Injection Moulding specializes in 24/7 production of high-precision technical components. Deep expertise in material selection, mould engineering and product optimization helps defence customers achieve reliable, lightweight, and thermally stable components. Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) ensures optimal manufacturability and lifecycle performance.
Betech Kunststoffen (Machining Plastics) focuses on ultra-precise machining of high-performance and industrial plastics, widely used in radar systems, sensor housings, UAV components, communication systems, and lightweight mechanical modules. The largely robotized facility offers turning, milling, laser cutting, sheet processing and complex contour machining at high repeatability.
Compliance & Export Control
Betech operates fully within EU regulatory frameworks, including stringent requirements for traceability, batch registration, documentation, and material certification. The organisation is familiar with defence-related compliance processes and supports customers working within ITAR/EAR-regulated contexts through controlled workflows and European-only sourcing.
