Ysubsidie — Expert in Sustainable Funding
Ysubsidie is a Dutch consultancy specialising in subsidies and funding for sustainable projects. From our base at the Automotive Campus in Helmond, our team of three senior consultants combines well over 35 years of subsidy experience and more than 2,500 successful grant applications for sustainable projects.
Our services rest on three pillars: renewable energy, sustainable real estate and the circular economy. We guide clients through the full funding cycle: identifying the right Dutch and European schemes, strengthening the business case, preparing and submitting applications, and managing compliance through to final settlement. Our clients include energy developers, industrial companies, real-estate owners and (semi-)public organisations.
Security and sustainability are increasingly two sides of the same coin: a reliable and resilient energy system is a matter of national security, while the defence and security sector faces its own energy and sustainability challenges. Ysubsidie supports the defence and security community at exactly this intersection:
- Decarbonisation of the defence and security sector — funding for making real estate, sites and industrial facilities more sustainable, using schemes such as EIA, MIA\Vamil and VEKI. Funding bodies increasingly take the security and reliability of this sector into account.
- Energy transition and energy security — funding for energy storage, hydrogen and smart-energy solutions that strengthen the reliability and resilience of the energy supply for critical infrastructure and defence applications.
We are active members of Holland Solar, the Netherlands Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Association (NWBA) and Energy Storage NL, which keeps us at the forefront of Dutch energy policy and market developments.
The ‘why’ is in our name: we choose to work for organisations and projects with societal impact. Within our own field, we hope to contribute to a more sustainable and energy-resilient defence and security sector in the Netherlands.
