Fawic Packaging Systems (Fawic.com) designs and manufactures durable, reusable transport containers and engineered protective packaging for high-value, critical equipment. With in-house engineering and production in the Netherlands, we strengthen supply-chain security, lead-time reliability and controllability — key requirements for defence and the industry.
We support customers from the earliest transport question through to a proven, re-useable solution. Our approach starts with understanding the operational context: handling and lifting, shock/vibration exposure, stacking and storage constraints, deployment conditions, maintenance access, and return flows. From there we translate requirements into robust container designs any with tailored interiors that protect sensitive components, reduce damage, and improve operational readiness.
From prototype to serieproduction, Fawic enables fast iteration and qualification. We produce both small and large series, with consistent quality and repeatability across batches. Many of our container systems remain in operational use for 20+ years. Because our containers can be easily and cost effectively repaired and refurbished, service life is extended substantially. This delivers a very low lifetime cost.
Fawic is ISO 9001 certified and works with organisations that require controlled processes and predictable quality. We have supplied solutions for Defense and support customers operating within the defence supply chain.
In addition, Fawic is the official Thermodyne (Thermodyne.nl) distributor for the Benelux. Thermodyne cases are made in Germany and widely applied in defence contexts, including strong adoption in Germany. Through this partnership — and through earlier deliveries connected to defence — we are familiar with the typical requirements and expectations around military packaging and logistics standards including MIL-STD and STANAG. Containers are build to specification. Where needed, we align designs, materials and documentation to the applicable standard and the customer’s programme context.
