Wolters Europe is the European specialist in custom EPS, EPP, and Neopor molded foam components for technical and industrial applications. We develop solutions for packaging, protection, insulation, and energy absorption, including applications for the defence and security sectors.
With 70 years of experience, three modern and automated production sites, and a team of more than 300 specialists, Wolters Europe supports customers throughout the entire development process: from engineering and feasibility studies to prototyping, series production, and assembly.
Our expertise focuses on two closely connected areas: technical molded parts and protective packaging. Technical molded parts are used wherever functionality, dimensional accuracy, insulation, impact protection, lightweight construction, or energy absorption are essential. In the defence sector, these capabilities can be applied to protective and transport solutions for sensitive equipment, instruments, electronics, vehicles, and mission-critical components.
Our molded foam solutions can help protect products against impact, vibration, moisture, temperature variations, and damage during transport, storage, deployment, and field use. Depending on the application, EPS, EPP, and Neopor can provide the required combination of low weight, cushioning, thermal insulation, durability, and design flexibility.
From EPS packaging and EPP components for heat pumps, boilers, and automotive applications to customized protective solutions for defence and security equipment, Wolters Europe combines practical experience with a clear focus on manufacturability.
